2. Erhebung und Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten

Die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ist zulässig, um gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen gerecht zu werden. Insb statuiert die Bundesabgabenordnung und das Unternehmensgesetzbuch Aufbewahrungspflichten (7 Jahre).

Die Löschung erfolgt nach Ablauf dieser Fristen, die Erforderlichkeit der Aufbewahrung der Daten wird alle drei Jahre überprüft.

Berechtigte Interessen gem Art 6 Abs 1 lit f DSGVO
Die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ist zulässig, wenn unsererseits ein berechtigtes Interesse an der Verarbeitung besteht (zB Beantwortung Ihrer Anfragen, etc.).

Die Weitergabe Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten erfolgt nur dann, wenn Ihre Einwilligung besteht, sie zur Vertragsanbahnung oder -erfüllung erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Verpflichtungen. Im weiteren Verlauf finden Sie genaue Informationen über ebendiese Dritte.

2.3. Newsletter

Wir verwenden auf unserer Website sogenannte Cookies. Cookies sind kleine Textdateien, die Ihr Internet-Browser auf Ihrem Rechner ablegt und speichert. 6. Versandabwicklung durch die Post

Um den Versand Ihrer Bestellung abzuwickeln, bedienen wir uns der Dienstleistungen der Post. Die Verarbeitungen Ihrer personenbezogenen (Name, Adresse, etc.) Daten ist durch Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO gerechtfertigt.

7. Plugins von Drittanbietern

Diese Website enthält sogenannte Plugins von untenstehenden Drittanbietern.
